Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases and use of services provided by K&E Studios LLC("K&E Studios," "KE," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or completing Checkout, you agree to these terms and our refund policy.

Accounts and purchasers

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate contact information. A purchaser must be able to enter a binding agreement. A parent, guardian, school, or other authorized organization must purchase services used by a minor when required.

Prices and renewals

Prices are shown in US dollars before Checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. One-time purchases are charged once. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. You can cancel future renewal from the authenticated billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

KE Credits

Credits are prepaid, non-cash service units for the allowlisted operations shown in the current rate card. They are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or a stored-value account. Paid credits do not expire, but models and services can change. KE may change the number of credits required for future operations when provider costs or capabilities change; a completed debit always uses the server-owned quote accepted for that operation.

Customer content and acceptable use

You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and outputs. You grant KE and its processors the limited permission needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, abuse payment systems, create unlawful content, or interfere with other customers.

Availability and changes

AI and third-party services can fail or produce inaccurate results. KE may suspend an unsafe model, account, or operation, and may change or discontinue a feature. When a metered media operation fails before a durable result is delivered, the billing system is designed to restore the associated credits automatically.

Payment reversals

Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes remove the corresponding credits or entitlements. If already-consumed credits are reversed, the wallet can become negative and further usage may be paused until the balance is restored. Do not open a chargeback before contacting us when the issue can be resolved directly.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, KE disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
