Privacy Notice

K&E Studios LLC operates kestudios.dev. This notice describes the information used to provide KE accounts, billing, support, and product features.

Information we process

• Account identifiers, verified email, authentication state, and support messages.
• Order, subscription, invoice, credit-ledger, refund, and dispute records.
• Prompts, uploaded inputs, generated results, model selections, and usage metadata.
• Security, diagnostic, device, and request data needed to operate and protect the service.

Stripe handles payment-card details; KE does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Public demo data is synthetic and separate from authenticated product data.

Why we use it

We use information to authenticate users, fulfill purchases, meter usage, retain private results, prevent fraud, provide support, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce product and payment terms. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use providers such as Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and private object storage, Neon for application data, Supabase for authentication and storage, and allowlisted AI providers to perform requested generations. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and operates under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

Billing and ledger records are retained for financial, fraud, and audit purposes. Generated assets use the retention and download limits associated with their catalog version and are stored privately until deletion. We use access controls, hashed product keys, signed webhooks, encrypted transport, and least-privilege service credentials. No system can promise absolute security.

Choices and requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information and may cancel a subscription from the billing portal. Some financial, security, or dispute records must be retained. Browser settings can clear session cookies, which signs you out.

Children

KE does not knowingly collect a child's personal information without the involvement of an authorized parent, guardian, school, or other lawful arrangement. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information improperly.
