Refund & Cancellation Policy

Failed metered operations

A Media API operation that does not produce a durable terminal result is designed to restore its credits automatically. Exact retries replay the recorded outcome instead of charging twice. If restoration is delayed, contact us with the operation reference.

Prepaid credits

You may request a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase for purchased credits that remain unused. For a partially used pack, KE may refund the eligible unused portion and remove the proportional credits. Promotional or granted credits have no cash value.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time through the authenticated Stripe billing portal to stop future renewal. Access normally continues through the current paid period. Subscription charges are not prorated or refunded for ordinary mid-period cancellation, but KE will correct duplicate or erroneous charges and honor non-waivable legal rights.

Invoices and custom work

The signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice terms control refunds for custom services and product invoices. Contact the studio before paying if the scope or amount is incorrect.

Reversals and disputes

A Stripe refund, chargeback, or open dispute can immediately hold or remove related credits and subscription entitlements. A provider-confirmed won dispute can restore access after the current payment and subscription state is verified.
